A global travel technology company with significant multi-currency exposure and complex intercompany payment flows needed to transform its treasury technology landscape. Disparate systems created data silos, limited cash visibility, and a lack of coordinated product strategy for the ERP and treasury platform roadmap.

Cash Management & Bank Communication
Configured and scaled SAP Cash Management for real-time tracking across multiple bank accounts and entities. SAP BCM was implemented to streamline bank communication and ensure compliance with global payment regulations.
In-House Banking & Intercompany
Led the In-House Cash implementation to standardize intercompany payments and improve liquidity management across global entities. Designed the integration blueprint between SAP Treasury and third-party risk systems including Kyriba and Reval.
