A consulting firm that publishes its prices. A platform that shows you the number before the call.
NaviStrat operates two product lines. Ko$ha — our AI-powered treasury management platform — has published prices for every tier, every module, and every add-on. Our advisory engagements are priced by scope and complexity, but we give you ranges before we ask for a meeting. Both lines are designed to be financially worthwhile for you and financially viable for us. If the numbers don't work, we will tell you.

Competitive Landscape
Ko$ha vs. the market.
Every competitor publishes zero pricing. We publish all of it — because we're confident in what it buys.
How we built this comparison: Ko$ha pricing is published on this page. Trovata pricing is sourced directly from trovata.io/pricing. Kyriba and GTreasury do not publish pricing — their ranges are from verified third-party research (CheckThat.ai, DebtBook). Feature data is based on public product documentation and G2/Capterra listings as of June 2026. All sources are cited below the table.

Common Questions
Why do you publish Ko$ha pricing when no competitor does?
Because opacity creates anxiety and waste before the relationship has even started. Our pricing is a competitive weapon, not a vulnerability. If a prospect can see the number before the call, they arrive at that call already informed — and we spend the time on fit, not on explaining what things cost.
Why don't you publish a fixed price for advisory engagements?
Because a rate card would misrepresent how we work. Treasury transformation is not a commodity service. We price based on the scope of the specific problem, the team required to solve it, and the outcomes we are committing to deliver. We give you ranges — so you know what to expect — but we confirm the number after we understand the scope.
Is there really no implementation fee for Ko$ha?
Correct. The 90-day onboarding pathway is included in every Ko$ha subscription tier. No separate implementation fee, no professional services charge to see a live screen. This eliminates the single biggest barrier to mid-market TMS adoption: the upfront commitment before value is proven. Our cost to absorb onboarding is recovered through the subscription.
Do Ko$ha subscribers get a discount on advisory services?
Yes. Ko$ha Professional and Command subscribers receive 15% off Advisory Retainer rates. This reflects the reality that the platform and the advisory are most powerful in combination — and that clients who hold a platform subscription reduce the advisory overhead (we are not explaining treasury basics; we are doing the strategic work).
What does the Command tier's 'dedicated Navigator' actually mean?
A named NaviStrat Navigator — a senior treasury practitioner with domain expertise relevant to your business — is included in your Command subscription. This is not a support rep. This is someone who has run treasury at scale and is available for quarterly reviews, strategic input, and escalation support. It is the advisory layer built into the platform tier.
How does Ko$ha compare to Kyriba or GTreasury?
Ko$ha Starter at $2,500/month ($30,000/year) is 60–80% cheaper than the smallest coherent Kyriba engagement ($80,000–$150,000/year plus implementation). Ko$ha Professional at $5,500/month delivers the full platform — 6 modules, SENTINEL, 4-environment architecture, ERP integration — for what Kyriba charges for a scoping conversation. GTreasury is comparable in price but without published pricing, without a 90-day deployment guarantee, and without the practitioner-built advisory layer Ko$ha includes by default.
What are the minimum contract terms?
Starter: 6-month minimum initial term, then month-to-month. Professional and Command: 12-month minimum initial term, then annual renewal. Month-to-month billing is available on all tiers at a 28% premium to the annual rate. 2-year arrangements reduce the annual rate by 10%; 3-year by 20%. Multi-year arrangements are structured as a single commercial agreement — not auto-renewing.
Start with a 30-minute walkthrough. No pitch. No pressure.
A senior NaviStrat treasury practitioner will walk you through Ko$ha, answer every pricing question honestly, and tell you which tier — or which advisory engagement — is actually right for your situation. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you that too.
