A Fortune 10 e-commerce and technology company needed a comprehensive treasury technology strategy to support rapidly expanding global operations. The organization lacked a unified roadmap, had fragmented bank communication infrastructure, and needed to automate complex FX hedge lifecycle management across dozens of countries with billions in daily payment flows.

Technology Strategy & Vendor Selection
Conducted a thorough evaluation of the existing technology landscape and identified over 450 key business requirements across treasury, finance, and risk functions. Issued RFPs, led vendor selection, and negotiated contract terms in partnership with procurement, legal, and InfoSec teams.
FX Risk & Hedge Lifecycle Automation
Led the end-to-end functional design for integration between FireApps FX risk platform and SAP S/4HANA TRM — designing exposure data flows, configuring automated FX forward creation, and defining hedge designation, effectiveness testing, and accounting postings aligned with IFRS and ASC 815.
Global Bank Communication & IHC
Implemented SAP BCM for high-volume, real-time payment processing across multiple regions. Deployed an In-House Cash solution for intercompany transfers and cash concentration strategies to minimize external borrowing costs.
